I read this book and thought it was very good with specific tips to use for a staging business. I am passing it on as I have taken all my notes and would like to purchase more of her books but they do get expensive!

I have purchased other books by this author and found them all to be extremely informative, easy to read, very practical and uniquely original. This book is no exception. It covers a topic most people don't want to discuss because it's embarrassing to admit a client didn't pay for the services they got. I can see now how I set myself up for problems and now I know how to avoid that predicament in the future. Everyone should read a book like this if they are in any kind of consulting business.

This is not the first book by this author that I have purchased. I am very pleased once again. I've had a few problems getting paid for all my work and this book has really opened my eyes to things I was not doing correctly and other things I was not doing at all. I can see my lack of documentation was a major reason and how just solving that problem will give me all the proof I would ever need if I had to sue a client for non payment. I recommend this book to all home stagers. I also found the section on tricks of the trade to be especially useful with some sources and ideas I had never considered.
